Case study
Challenge. Response. Result.
Challenge
Premium tequila brands need differentiation that goes beyond surface aesthetics and communicates a stronger cultural and environmental story.
Design response
A tequila bottle inspired by the nocturnal relationship between agave flowers and pollinating bats, combining premium form, texture, and ecological storytelling.
Result
The final concept combines a modeled bottle, label system, material direction, and product renders into a coherent premium packaging proposal.
What it shows
Flor de Noche shows how to turn a narrative into form, label, and product presence.
An individual academic product and packaging proposal based on an industry brief, with no real client or commercial launch.
Conceptual research into agave, nocturnal flowers, pollinating bats, and artisanal beverages.
Exploration of bottle form, label, materials, and visual system.
Use of 3D modeling, renders, and art direction to communicate a premium proposal.
Connection between storytelling, object, graphics, and final presentation.
Available evidence: final renders, sketches, 3D model, label, moodboards, and presentation.
Packaging and visual direction
Flor de Noche shows how a natural narrative becomes product presence.
It is an independent academic proposal based on an industry brief: visual research, narrative, bottle form, label, material direction, renders, and final presentation.
The strength of the case is the connection between storytelling, form, graphics, and a premium tone without relying on a commercial launch.
