Case study

Challenge

La Palma’s traditional silk craft faces declining visibility and economic sustainability, placing generations of knowledge at risk.

Design response

A contemporary premium brand and bridge model connecting silk artisans, emerging designers, suppliers, production, and modern markets through a unified identity and strategy.

Result

The project delivered a strategic brand proposition, visual direction, stakeholder model, and communication roadmap for presenting the silk craft to contemporary audiences.

Cultural branding and strategy

The strength of the case is organizing culture, stakeholders, and communication so a territorial brand can be presented with visual and strategic coherence.
